His previous career at Merck in West Point, PA, sharpened his analytical and problem-solving skills, which now enhance his ability to tackle complex real estate challenges. A former NCAA Division II Cross-Country and Track & Field athlete, James thrives on discipline, determination, and achieving goals. Outside of real estate, he enjoys Philadelphia sports, hiking, running, and spending quality time with friends and family.
